The machine bed, column, and worktable are constructed from high-strength cast iron with an optimized structural design. After secondary aging treatment, all key components undergo two large-scale CNC precision machining processes, ensuring outstanding stability, rigidity, and long-term machining accuracy.
All three axes are equipped with precision 45 mm roller linear guides, significantly enhancing overall machine rigidity. The Y and Z axes utilize precision-ground ball screws to ensure smooth motion control and consistent positioning accuracy.
The machine features a spindle-following tool arm type tool magazine with 24 automatic tool stations, delivering a tool change time of just 2 seconds. This greatly improves machining efficiency and supports continuous, high-productivity operation.
